Nidbach

Privacy policy

Nidbach is a construction project management platform. This page explains in plain terms what information the system collects, what for, and how long it is kept.

What is collected on public pages

On pages open to everyone, such as the home page, we count how many views each page had, record which site or campaign you arrived from, and note whether the visit came from a phone or a computer. That is all — no name, email address or any other identifying detail is collected.

This measurement uses no cookies and does not track across days: every visitor gets an anonymous identifier that changes daily and cannot be traced back to a person. We do not know either whether the same visitor came back the next day.

What is collected when signing in

Every sign-in attempt, successful or failed, is recorded together with the IP address and browser details it came from. That record is used for security auditing only — to identify intrusion attempts and investigate sign-in problems — and never for marketing.

How long information is kept

IP addresses and browser details are deleted automatically after 90 days. Aggregate statistics — how many views there were and on which pages — are kept over time, but without any identifying detail.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell information and do not share it with third parties.
  • There are no advertising trackers on our pages.
  • We use no external analytics services — all measurement happens on our own servers.
